HOW IS LAZULI ROAD DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS IN OUR FIELD?

We here at Lazuli Road work with a group of selective cash buyers and link them with deals exclusive to their specific criteria. The deals we find are "off-market" meaning not currently on the MLS and are often below market value.

HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

There is no signing fee for buyers or sellers and as a courtesy to our clients, we handle all miscellaneous fees at closing. If you require an additional inspection outside of what our team may require the client is responsible for such fees.

WHAT AREAS ARE YOU WILLING TO WORK IN?

Lazuli Road is open to work in ALL 50 STATES, given the right opportunity. We mainly specialize in the Maryland and Texas markets but we are open to working beyond these borders given the right circumstances.

DO YOU WORK WITH THE MLS?

No. We are Real Estate investors, not agents. We do not work with the MLS; all the deals we provide are strictly "OFF MARKET." We are here to help provide the best exclusive deals outside of the active market.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE ME A SUCCESSFUL SALE?

It would be unethical to completely guarantee a buyer or seller a sale. Each property comes with its ups and downs. Not all properties will fit our criteria. What we can offer is professionalism and satisfaction throughout the process. We can also ensure that after we identify the buyer and seller the transaction process will be completed within a 30-day period.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE PRICE TO OFFER ON MY HOUSE?

Lazuli Road's criteria are based mainly on our four key components. The location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and similar characteristics of comparable houses sold in the area recently all play a role in the offer price.

IS THERE ANY OBLIGATION WHEN I SUBMIT MY INFO?

No. There is absolutely no obligation to do business with us during or after your first consultation. There is, however, a legally binding obligation after you enter into a contract with us that must be honored.
